Blogging my Senior Year.

I graduate in 2008. I will celebrate '08.

Best Friends.

August 1st i think. or 2nd. DAVID VERNON. the senior member of the SuperGroup left for Africa. David really understood me. And i finally understood him, hah. He's going to be the best missionary. I'll be a sophomore in college when he comes back. I'm sure i'll be spending days getting him caught up with music. I can't wait.

David has fancy mirrors in his house.

Before SCAD took Bess to become a wonderful musical theatre major we drove to see our favorite Ben. Ben Folds in Charlotte.

Colleges take away best friends.
Later in August the boys left for BYU. I frowned so big.
"You are such a blessing..... You're my best friend, and i love you. And i love you, yes i do."

And then BYU-ID took Laura. Took her to be 2 hours behind me...freezing her butt off in the snow. While i sweat in the humidity of stupid south carolina without her.

"I feel happy inside when i see your face."

At least we have the same phones...and sometimes she can get away from the roommates to talk to me. I love her.

SENIOR YEAR AT THE NEW SCHOOL.
woot woot.

[August]
Seniority....we finally got to wear the crowns and camo! I don't remember if we won the homecoming game or not. haha.

I do know that my best friend Dana looked beautiful on homecoming court, and she did win....as far as the waitress at Rockaway's knows. haha.

So the perks of being a senior.....
-A.M. and P.M. release.
-getting taken out of class ALL the time for the guidance -counselors to say 'get into college'
-awesome roles in the plays.
-the crowns and camo.
-controling the school, in so many ways.
-never getting stopped when skipping, ha.
....know any others, dreher kids?
going to see.....
RILO KILEY. RILO KILEY. RILO KILEY. RILO KILEY. RILO KI....JENNY!

I'm positive that it's impossible to describe the excitement that filled my body that whole week....then that day! and when we got to asheville. i mean just walking around downtown...you know...walking right beside jenny and the band shopping around. uh, holy crap. :D
i finally got to see jenny and blake live....with the coolest girls....
too bad we had to stay in a seedy hotel. oh wait, no. that part was really fun too. and then we snuck into one of the biggest and oldest inns ever.
[September] 28...one of the best days.

oh, and i made a new friend.

[October]= the fair.
really. october is about bringing out the sweaters, wearing brown alot, decorating for halloween, trick or treating, and going to the fair.

we rode the fire ball and screamed obscenities.
and we all twirled in a fun house....while the boys played around with inflatable swords and the stuffed animals they won us. :D

HALLOWEEN.
here's the trick or treat part. except we didn't get any candy.

Skaghag Barbie meets....kendal's witch costume from 6th grade.

oh and the witch, the hippie, and skaghag barbie all hung out with Sid and Nancy. Will and Roxanne were/are freaking awesome. it was like really hanging out with Siiiiid and Nancy. ha.

"being grown up isn't half as fun as growing up."
[November]

D
ana & Meagan being the cool kids they are decorated my car. i didn't clean it off for weeks. it was wondrous. except for the parts my dad made me wash off. uckfay and enispay (no good). but the 'i'm not superstitious, i'm just a little stitious' stayed. :D
and i wore a crown all day. happiness.

I took the Twins to their first concert. Relient K & Switchfoot. And yeah, their first show ever and Jon Foreman came and held their hands.

My family took a trip to enjoy nature in asheville and stay in a crazy little cabin. happy 18th kendal.

i got a laptop for my birthday. hannah helped me name her patricia. i call her patty for short. then i felt like i should do homestarrunner some justice and name it lappy. but she really looked like a patricia. so her name is Patricia Lappy.
don't tell me i'm lame. i already know.

........Guys and Dolls. months of stupid rehearsals and absurd drama (not the accepted theatre kind, ha.) dana was an awesome adelaide. i was an alright good arvida/assistant director i'd
say.

Afterwards...we partied endlessly. playing the scenario game. and jumping into pools.

My paper plate awards were the 'funniest laugh award' and 'I think we need to take our friendship to the next level' award. hahaha.

ENDLESS CELEBRATION BEGINS.

[December]

Brinn, Madi and I celebrate at the holiday dance by jumping for joy.

i saw the weiner mobile. heck yes. and, yeah i took a jumping shot infront of it. but this is just my happy thumbs up pose.

Josh came home!!! which is partly the reason why i have this blog to begin with. so grandma made all of us these awesome hats. this is us sporting them. i'm really the happiest when all my family is around. i missed morgan alot at christmas, but at least i got to joke with him on the phone. :D

maggie mae dressed up for christmas too. haha. poor girl, i love her.

The Super Group reunites.....and plays RockBand endlessly.

We got tired of singing 'maps...they don't love you like i love you....maps' i think we played and conquered it like 12 times. and i can kill in 'say it ain't so' on the hardest level!

and tanner sucks at drums.

really, i missed them more than anything.

laura and i actually made delicious sugar cookies for the boys.
that man with the cane is blake, he's a pimp.
that's a piece of LCANDY. ha.
that blue man is me...because there were not cookie cutters that could resemble me or something that had to do with me...ha.

then, brinn is a fighter, so she got a bmac mitt...i mean glove.
and tdub...a pink tire type thing....

they were really yum.

'hey, i have an idea. let's sneak into their yard and play on their christmas decorations.'

ha, and then an old lady came out in her underwear and yelled at us for running around the neighborhood. stupid old lady. ha.

Josh copied my glasses. haha. we're nerds.
but his blackberry is cooler than anything.

Really, these girls make me grin so much. Happy New Year, yes. with them it was.

They didn't want to but you can't celebrate new years without sparklers. i mean really.

Laura i missed you. and then you went and left again.

After Christmas my friends and i exchanged gifts. I got a death cab record. 10 things i hate about you. an Office teeshirt. and a wondrous scarf. along with other gifts i gave, my favorite gift i gave was :

a photo album i made from a record back and the record's cover for the front. they are pretty sweet if i say so myself.

[Now it is 2008.]
Josh went back to Utah, so did Blake and Tanner. Laura returned to Idaho. Rachel went back to college life. I got fired. Then i got hired. Morgan comes home in May instead of March now. David has been gone for 5 months, i still pull out my phone to call him or text him something....then i say 'ugh' and think to myself...'who can i tell this to...' then i give up and put my phone away. I can't believe i'll be done with school in 4 months...you can tell by my grades i know it's coming. I found out it go into BYU-idaho. hooooray. i'm so relieved and excited. so now i can plan my summer of awesome.
and i have this blog now... it won't be as awesome as josh's but oh well.
